You don't need to "diet" what you need is a healthy diet with some calories cut!. I have lost about 40 pounds over the last four years eating what I normally eat and just cutting portions!. No seconds no binges!. Stay on track and lose at about a pound a month!. Walk as much as possible!. You'd be surprised how much that does and it and it won't leave hungry and depressed to lose a 1-4 pounds a month you won't even notice as it goes!. Limit weighing except over the long haul!. Weigh every 3 months or so, weighing can be a real letdown but imagine after three months you have lost four pounds!. What you want here is a lifestyle change!. 90% of people who crash diet and lose all their weight in a few months gain it all pack plus some more!. Eat right stay fit and you will get it done!. 1 !. dont diet,just eat healthy foods but limit yourself to 2 cheat meals a week
