Has anyone personally tried the Lemonade Diet?!


Question: Has anyone personally tried the Lemonade Diet!?
I'm about to start the "Master Cleanse" aka Lemonade Diet!. I am wondering who has tried it and what they're results were !.!. and how much weight they lost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really shouldn't use that "diet", if that's what you want to call it!. It is terrible for your body!. There is very little nutritional value your body can use in Lemonade; Just empty calories pertaining to complex sugars!. And once you stop drinking it you will gain the weight back fast!. Your body slows it's metabolism when less calories come in!. So if you don't have a lot of calories or carbs then your body slows it's fat burning down (to keep you alive)!. Then once your body is used to burning 500 calories or so a day and you start eating food again, your body will only be burning 500 calories even though you are eating 1500-2000!. That will make you gain weight!.

All i'm trying to say is DON'T DO THAT "DIET"!.!.!. Lose it the right way by exercising!.

Try getting off your *** and exercising!. You didn't get fat overnight, so don't expect to lose it so fast, either!.

Don't waste your time or energy on something like that!. It will not work!. Watch what you eat and exercise more, it is as simple as that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
