Am I eating too many carbs?!


Question: Am I eating too many carbs!?
I try to stay around 1500 calories a day and eat heatlhy, but my mom is making whole wheat pasta tonight and I'm scared that I'm going to eat too many carbs!. There are also some small dinner rolls that are whole wheat!.
If I eat dinner, I'll be at 182 grams of carbs!.
I exercise for an hour daily too and burnt 300 calories on the treadmill today!.
Could this lead to weight gain!? I won't have more than a serving of pasta, either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

any weight you gain from that meal is water only!. it will dissipate in a few days as long as you get back on your diet tomorrow!.

actually a high carb meal per week is recommended!. it helps to spike our metabolism which slows down when we low carb or diet in general!.
you will notice your body temp rise immediately after or even during the meal!. thats a good thing! your body is freakin out like whoaaa where did all this food come from!?!?!?i better burn it fast!

EAT THE DANG PASTA

Look, it's okay to eat whole wheat pasta!. It's diet food!. And if you're looking for excuses to eat dieted diet food, then you've got a problem!. And judging by your picture, you're not exactly fat!.

Don't go on diets if you don't need to!. It puts you in a bad mindset!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One day is not going to lead to any weightgain, wholewheats are fine, you really dont even need to worry about moderation!. You look young and your body will tear throw those carbs!. You probably dont want to have 182 carbs everyday, but after a day of working out its perfectly reasonable!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't really have to worry about your food if exercise everyday!. Unless you over eat, but it sounds as if though you're no way near doing that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
