Need help please read?!

Question: Need help please read!?
I am 5'6 and weight 120 pounds, I run 3 miles, do cardio for 30 minutes, 7 days a week!. In addition I also strength train 3-4 times a week!. A daily meal for me includes 1 bowl of cheerios in the morning, some raisins as a snack, and apple and special K bar for lunch, a snack of some peanuts and carrots which I also snack til dinner!. And for dinner I usually eat asparagus grilled chicken and a salad!. I have been constantly loosing weight and really don't want to loose anymore, are there any ways i can just maintain my weight now!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

but maybe you should splurge or treat urself and have a bowl of ice cream!. or that chocolate cake calling ur name!. but dont go overboard! hehe

from what i read about ur eating, i think you need some fats and sweets!. but not a lot!. ur body needs some fat to be healthy!. sounds weird doesn't it!?

Cut back on the exercises as to go back to the basics!. boost your calorie intake to whats healthy for your height and weight and truly cut back on your exercises!. This will work well and you will feel that you are eating to much and think that you are gaining weight but you are just maintaining what you already have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

after a while your body will start to plateau and will stay at a constent weight unless you do something drastic like stop eating!.!.!.!.!. i suggest maybe not running 7 days a week like maybe cut it down to 6!?
and i agree throw in a dessert, but also make sure your body gets all the foods it needsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Work out less and eat a little more!. Now that you are at a weight that you like you need to eat more calories so you stop losing weight!. Bring down the cardio from 7 days to like 3 - 4 maybe 5 days!. You won't gain any weight if you do that as long as you dont pig out and just sit on your ***!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everything you are eating is healthful, however you need to eat a little rice or potataes or spagetty if you don't want to loose more weight!. Remember you are running 3 miles 30 minutes 7/24 a week and you need some energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you wont keep losing weight!.!. you just lost the fat your body doesnt need!.!. now you are at your correct weight so you should be fine from here on out!.!. maybe throw in a dessert once in awhile to be safe lol :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
