Quick exercise tips..?!


Question: Quick exercise tips!.!.!?
I need some quick excercise that I can do anywhere even at work because I don't have time to go to the gym and I feel like I'm gaining weight!.!. and I feel heavy to0!.!. HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can always find time if it's important enough to you!. I am a full time college student and I work 30hours a week!. I study long hours and have a boyfriend, yet I still find time to sleep, eat and workout!. If you cannot afford it, then that's another thing!.!.To lose weight, the only thing that will help is cadio!. You need to get your heart racing!. Go up and down the stairs at home for 15mins!. Go for a walk a lunch time!. Anything that with make your heart race and your body move is good!. Buy an exercise ball!. They're 20$ and usually come with a exercise dvd!. You can work all the same muscle groups as a machine in the gym would to tone up after your cardio!.

Honestly just eat well and find the time to exercise!. Don't do any of those diets and pills or whatever to lose weight!. Chances are that you'll feel deprived and tired while doing it and you'll just gain it all back and then some!. The are no miracle diets!.!.(just a fantasy) A healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week no more !Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are several things you can do first try taking at least one floor worth of stairs to get to your floor assuming that you work in a place that has more than one floor if you can take two or more floors!. Another thing you can do is park a bit farther at every place you go to, but remember to still play it safe while doing this!. Another thing you can also do is rather than getting fast food is pack a breakfast if your are in a run and even a lunch and try to stay away from so called restaurant health food some of these foods such as the so called healthy salads have extra calories that are hidden, or are added when you add the salad dressing!. girl, there is only so much you can do at work w/out breaking a sweat!.
you can do squats, lunges, push-ups, & dips anywhere but
you need cardio!. you need to sweat!. & eat really healthy- get sugar & white carbs out of your diet (stick to fruits/veggies, lean protein/dairy, & whole grains)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Push-ups are a great toner! Running in place is good cardio, and sit-ups are good for your abs!. You can also get some dumbbells from the local sporting goods store and do some light weight lifting!. Jumping jacks and jumping rope are also good full-body exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you work at a job where you have to sit down
then every time you go to sit, dont go down all the way
so your thighs are parallel to your seat but not touching it
hold that for 15 seconds!.

if you dont have a desk type job then!.!.!. do curtsy lunges in the bathroom!?

Everytime you stand still, stand on your tip toes and fall back down!. keep doing this alot!. it seriously chisels your calves!. it may burn for the first few or more times you do it!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walk or bike places when you can!. Park a little further away when you park somewhere!. Take the stairs instead of the elevator!. Little things like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
