Lose 40-50 lbs for my wedding...?!

Question: Lose 40-50 lbs for my wedding!.!.!.!?
i am 5'0 and 179 lbs!. Im seriously considering joining weight watchers!. I just don't want to be disappointed!. My wedding isn't until Oct!. 09 so i have roughly 11 months to lose 40-50 lbs!. (Hopefully 50!!) Is this a realistic goal!? Has anyone lost a comparable amount of weight in this time period!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, that is a realistic goal, and Weight Watchers is the most healthy weight loss system in my opinion!. It teaches you how to eat and it's not just a quick fix!. If you stick with it, then you will lose a very considerable amnt!. of weight b4 your wedding day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's about 5 pounds a month, 1ish pounds a week!.

Yes it's a realistic goal! I personally lost 18 pounds over the summer so YES you can do it!

Joining weight watchers alone of course is great, but you might want to include some cardio and exercise into your weight loss plan!. This can benefit you in the future such as better health, and a longer life with your family!.
At the minimum, try to jog at least 30 min a day for 3-4 times a week, eat 1400-1600 calories and I can guarantee you'll reach your goal!.

I am not sure about 50 pounds but you can be able to lost at least 30 safely!. I would recommend finding a friend to go to the gym with that also wants to loose weight, or even your fiancee!. Make sure to combine cardio with weightlifting for the most effective weight loss!. Clean out your cabinets of anything unhealthy and start from scratch- remember that fresh foods will be key to your weight loss!. Drink lots of water as well- up to 12 glasses a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must jog for at least 20 minutes before you will start to burn fat so for beginners it is recommended that you run for 25-30 minutes continuously!. If this is not possible make sure you walk briskly and try to extend the duration to 45 minutes or 60 minutes!. Another option is to jog in intervals so try jogging for 5 minutes and walking for 2 minutes!. Increase how long you run for as your fitness improves!. Try adding 5 minutes on each week or every second week!. Aim to run for about 40 minutes to 1 hour!. Your maximum jogging time might end up being 1 ? to 2 hrs but you should have some rest days or some shorter days in between your maximum long jogs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that is totally realistic!! I've done weight watchers successfully before but you have to go to meetings!! So find a good group!. My best way to lose I have found is!.!.weight watchers for dieting and exercise at the gym with high reps of low weights and running or getting on eliptical!. Good luck! I'm 8 months past having my 2nd child and still have yet to really get on the weight loss train!.!.have to start excercising! Self Discipline is my biggest issue!.!.!.!. Having an accountability partner would do you a great deal!.!.!.having someone to work out with and talk about your diet plan together!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Heck, you could healthily lose 50 pounds in 6 months!. If you are focused and determined, then you will reach your goal!. Stay away from junk/fast food/sodas, and change the way that you look at food!. Get out and exercise everyday!.


Yes that is totally realistic, I would shoot for 4 lbs a week for the 1st 4 weeks or so, then digress to 2 lbs a week for the rest, totally doable Www@Answer-Health@Com
