Question: Counting Point or Calories!?
I wanted to know which is better counting point or calories!.!.!. I lost 15 pound counting point with weight watcher!. i don't go to the meeting but i still follow the guidelines!. i get so tired trying to find this point and that points, i figure now i am going to count calories, fat and fiber!. what do you think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
