Am i healthy or not healthy?!


Question: Am i healthy or not healthy!?
i eat and drink plenty

my fave drink is soda and some juices and i do drink coffee on some mornings

i do not eat a lot of sweets expect maybe some chocolate sometimes and i do like chocolate ice cream

i do eat chicken and some fruit and veggies like corn , grapes , pickles

i like to eat my banana's cut up with sugar and also my strawberries with sugar on top

oh and i do eat alot of fast food but i rather eat something else then fast food but my family is a little low on money right now so yeah!.

i do not eat alot of apples or salad or green beans

and i just hate water cause it has no flavor but i well drink it if i am really trusty

i do not walk or run alot but you can not really blame me for that cause i do not have a big backyard or front yard and i do not think my parents would like me running up and down the street by my self

so am i healthy not healthy or normal!?

Why do you need sugar on bananas!? They already have plenty of sugar in them, and if they are properly ripened, they should be really sweet!. Fast food is not very good for you, usually it is high in fat, but not the good kind!. You can be active without running around on the street, I assume that you going to school, and probably you need to catch a bus, or walk there!. If you can do without the lot of fast food, you should be OK!. Regarding your weight, I don't know how tall are you, some 13 year old kids can be really tall, and then that weight can be not much!. It would be good if you make friends with salads and apples, those will take a good care of your health in the future!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 13 too!. First let me say pickles aren't very nutritous, and corn isn't very nutritous!. Fast food is bad for you, apples and salad are the things you should be eating!.

Soda has been proven to lower your bone density!.

how about bananasand straberries with peanut butter instead of sugar!.(scan the ingredients to make sure it has no hydrogenated oils)

Your diet and lack of exercise is unhealthy!.

but your weight isn't, so right now your metabolism is great but i'd consider changing your diet in the future when your metabolism starts slowing down, you'll know when you start gaining great amounts of weight, and to prevent diabetes and other health problems!.

As of right now I wouldn't worry be too concerned about it!.

however, you should stop the coffee ASAP, it'll make you dependent on caffeine and mess up your energy cycle (random bursts of energy and periods of fatigue)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not unhealthy, exactly, but you could be healthier!. Water is very important for your body to flush out waste, and exercise is important for your heart, not just your weight!.

Your BMI is what doctors use to determine if you are underweight, normal weight, or overweight!.

Everyone is made differently!. But we should all try to eat and live healthy!.

Err, right now, your diet sounds unhealthy~ish!.

You may eat some fruits, but you do apparently cover them in sugar!. I don't know how much fruit you eat daily!.

Also, your favorite drink is soda - I don't know if you drink that a lot!. Soda's just pure sugar, honestly!.

It doesn't sound like you exercise a lot - you can do jumping jacks, etc!.!.!.look up simple exercises online!.

And I'm guessing you don't drink a lot of water!.

As a note, your weight tends to have very little to do with your age!. More with your height!. (You didn't mention your height, so I'm assuming you don't know this info!.)

EDIT: Diet's essentially just how you eat from day to day!.
It doesn't always mean you're trying to lose weight!.

Your sugar intake right now just looks high!.
EDIT2: Don't listen to the person who said to drink Gatorade instead of soda!. Gatorade's really honestly supposed to be for people when they actually ARE working out a lot!.

i think that you already know your diet is not healthy at ALL!
you might not be over weight now but soon!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. as you get older and every thing starts sticking on you!
the sooner you change your diet and life stile the better
stop drinking soda try gatorade and it is better to make your own sandwich at home than any fast food ( i don't even know how you can put this junk in your body)
as for working out get an exercise dvd! so many different of em you can do as little as 30 min a day twice a week!.!.!.!.!.
