The need is that you don't want to feel like you'll embarrass yourself in front of the audience!. You have to remember a few things though, and it may help!.
First, every single one of them would be sweating if they were up there and not sitting down!.!.!.so remember, you're not alone!. Second, most people drift off anyhow, so if you mess up, only a few will notice!. If you do mess up, don't panic, since it's not the mess-up that people remember, but the panic that ensues afterwards while you try to correct your mistake!. Also, how many of these people do you actually know, or will ever see again!? Probably not many, so as far as they know, you're the best public speaker around, so act like it!.!.!.they don't know the difference!. Finally, look at people in the eyes!. The eye contact and acting like you belong up there will emit confidence!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
