How do i get a 6 pack and mabey some upper body strength?!

Question: How do i get a 6 pack and mabey some upper body strength!?
Im 14 years old and im in "ok" shape!. I don't have any pack at all though!. I want to get a 6 pack extremely bad so im willing to put all the work in it takes!. Also along the way i would like to get a little upper body strength as well!. I am a skinny person but i don't have a flat stomach!. I have read the other questions and ill im hearing is sit-up and eat right!. I want to know more deep exercises and how to do them =) please help me out!!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do as many sit ups and pushups as u can everynight for six days straight!. Then take a rest day and start again!. During the six days don't worry if u can't do as much as u could yesterday, u just arent used to it!. Also Push ups help the abdominals so thats a bonus!. Eats lots of protein and try to saty away from fatty foods!. Also get A good nights rest everyday! Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

work out!. jog, do push ups, and situps!. eat right!. after a while if push ups get to easy if you have weights, put them on your chest as you do push ups!. if you want you can lift weights, or do body exercises such as pushups, situps, planks, pullups,etc!. also sports are a good exercise such as swimming, swimming is a really good exercise!. i know i am saying wwhat u usually hear, but after a while it does have an effect!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't get a six-pack by spot-training!. It's about eating right and exercising every muscle, and doing aerobics!.

If you are skinny it'll be easy to get a 6-pack showing!. Most of the "fat" covering your abs is water!. This has to do with sodium in your diet!. Drink more water, eat less salt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i go on youtube to get new exercise ideas, if u just type in six pack, or upper body strength, it will show videos of exercises u can do to to target that!. i found great exercises for love handles & they worked, i had never even seen it done before!.!.goodluck, you can do itWww@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups, push ups!. theres also this workout thingy you lay on the ground striaght and lift yur feet up like 5 inches or so but with your back flat on the ground and you start kinda hitting yur upper stomach wit yur fists!. idk wut its called but its hard to do!. he says thats how u get six packs tho!. :]


push up basically uses all your upper body strength, and the more you do it the more it will be easy and the more you will see results
