Is Curves gym good for toning your body?!


Question: Is Curves gym good for toning your body!?
I've just had a baby and don't have too much weight to lose - only 3kg / 6!.5 pounds!.

I was wondering if anyone has had good results for toning the butt, arms, legs by going to Curves gym!? If so how many times per week did you go and how long before you saw results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any gym that has that has free weights/machines/cardio equipment is fine!. Find one thats close by and you like (so you go :))!. Be sure to eat under maintenance calories (google for calculator)!. Exercises that would be good/great for you would be any type of squat, row, bench press, curl, stiff legged deadlift, shoulder press and you can just pick whatever tricep exercise you like!. For fat loss you can try fasted cardio (not eating before you do cardio) and if you want you can feel free to have some sort of caffeinated beverage before cardio!.
