Question: I really want to lose weight because i think i am fat!. !?
I am 13 years old!. 5'5 and I weigh 45kg!. My friends always say i am not fat but i do not know whether i believe them or not because they are all super skinny!. and sometimes at school i feel so fat i skip meals and i am quite an active person i do rowing, running and gymnastics and so i feel really faint and not well!. i do not think it is anorexia but i do not know i think it is just me!. but please could you tell me if i am overweight or anorexic because i am not sure!. i am not trying to make a fuss i just want to know if i have a problem!.

I'm from the US so I use lbs, and 5!.5 and 99lbs is very skinny!. If you are as active as you say you are, you probably have a really nice body!.
Your specific problem seems to be body dysmorphia which is a symptom of anorexia and also your need to compare yourself with others!.
I really believe you should talk to someone you trust that can help get you help!. Anorexia is usually a sign of another deeper problem that needs addressed!. Skinny should never be anyone's objective!. If you eat healthy foods and are active you will have a strong body - that's what is important!.

Well, at age 13, you probably shouldn't be that heavy!. You should start dieting anyway!. Think salad, no dressing!. And no carbs after 4 pm!.
