If i dont eat for one day....?!


Question: If i dont eat for one day!.!.!.!.!?
if i dont eat for one day, and then the next day i eat really healthy!.!.!.will i lose a big amount!?
and on the day that i didnt eat anything, i would actually have to eat a fruit before cheer practice!. but wahtever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only effectivness of not eating is if you choose to not eat for three days then on the forth day eat no more than 20 carbs!. AT this point your body will no longer produce keytones which cause the hunger sensation normal people feel when they need to eat!. now it is not recommended by anybody but this method will stop you from being hungry, if you do not do it in this manner you will lose 5-10 pounds after three days but your stomach will also shrink which will cause you to gain weight more rapidly if you eat the portions you used to be used too!. you must no your bodies limitations though do not push what you aare not comfortable doing!. be smart be safe but nothing ventured nothing gained you feel me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

An athlete needs proper nutrition!. If you go to cheer practice on an empty stomach you may have difficulty breathing, seeing, and may possible faint, or get dizzy, or vomit!. I would suggest you eat!. Lose weight the right way not the wrong way!. But whatever if you don't want to take it serious, you'll pay for it later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You actually may gain weight!. When you starve yourself your body goes into starvation mode and starts storing fat so technically you wont!. Just eat healthy both days and everything will be ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
