Question: Help losing weight and exercising!!?
I'm a couch potato and have been sleeping a lot lately and I really need to start exercising!.

I have really no one to walk with and I don't have a bike, but I really need to get healthy!.!.!.

I'm going to start being a vegetarian again and then slowly become a Vegan and I know that will help a little, but I need some suggestions to get up and moving!.

I was thinking about joining Curves!.!.!. any affordable suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
