Question: Why are my thighs huge! if i Exercise!?
Okay I'm very tone all over just that i want to know why my thighs are huge!? i do squats and all that so i can have a nice butt!.!.!.i hear i have nice thighs i just don't like it when they rub together! it makes me think I'm fat and i clearly know I'm not I'm 5'9 weigh about 130 now and i used to weigh 125 How can i slim down back to 125!? also how to lose love handles!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well squats make your thighs sronger witch means bigger!.!.!.!. if you need to lose like 5 pounds just run more, do some sit ups, do not eat at night before you go to bed, stop drinking so much pop or soda whatever you call it!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I really don't know what to tell you to do to make your thighs smaller but I did want to tell you that if you've recently put on a few pounds and you've started exercising, its probably because you've recently toned up and muscle weighs more then fat does!.

u are carrying too much weight (weight-lifting on the legs), so u dont really lose much fats but u gain muscles, so its your muscles behind your fats!.!.!. and the whole thing will look like u hv big thighs!.!.!. try carry very light weights, u 'll lose the fats and not gain much muscles!.!.!. after one month u can see a big difference that is if u exercise regularly

Switch to one legged squats on the Smith machine (that's the one that holds the bar so it slides straight up and down)!. I had a friend who was a fitness competitor who had the same problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
