Question: If you do 150 sit ups every weekday how long will it take for you to get a six pack!?
I go to a boxing Gym Monday-Fridays and I do at least 150 sit ups when I go there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a lot of sit-ups!.!.!.maybe you should vary your abdominal exercise with more targeted workouts!. Try crunches, leg lifts, and oblique exercises in order to give you more definition -- sit ups mostly work the hip flexors, which isn't going to help your abs look much better!.

Also, and much more importantly, you should be doing cardio exercise in order to remove the layer of fat that's most likely covering your abdominal muscles!. Even if you have powerful abdominals (and most people do, just from the stress of standing upright), you won't be able to see them if they're covered in stomach fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups will not build muscle because your body is used to it's own weight!. What you want to do is do sit ups while holding barbell plates on your chest!. Anywhere from 50-100 lbs with about 3-5 sets of 6-10 reps depending on how much you can do!.

Other exercises you can do to build ab muscle and lose fat to make them show are front squats, cable crunches/sit ups(should I say sit downs lol), hanging leg raises, and pike ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should already have a six pack doing 150 every week-day!. Unless you pig out on the weekend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends on wat you eat, if you gorge then never, but if you eat well and exercise all around then you will get a six pack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not everybody has the six pack body type!. If it doesn't work, what is your back up plan for self esteem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it probly wont take but like a few weeks but um make sure you do side sit ups as well! lol =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
