Don't waste your money on Lipo 6!. It doesn't work!. Seriously!. The only thing it's really good for is if you are tired and need an energy boost (but with it comes shaky hands and racy heart beats)!. Will not do a thing for weight loss though!. (Sorry!. LOL)!.

As for losing weight - portion control!. Sounds too easy right!? Wrong!

Picture a deck of playing cards!. Nothing bigger than that!. That'a a portion!.

I have a daughter who is also 17 and turning 18 in December she went up about 10 lbs!. this summer when she was doing weight lifting for cheerleading!. She also did portion control and 10 lbs!. came off within the month!.

1!. Use a small plate!.
2!. Don't take seconds!.
3!. Don't eat a lot of starchy foods like potatoes or corn!.
4!. Choose green vegetables for your first choice!. (Lettuce, broccoli)
5!. Eat whatever you want - but don't eat much of it! If you deny yourself something it will become a psychological craving that you will finally give into and binge!. Better to eat whatever you want in small portions and don't deny!.
6!. Stay busy!. When you are on a busy schedule (school, sports or cheer, a part time job, homework and bed) you are less likely to sit and eat out of boredom!.
7!. Small portions!. Small portions!. Small Portions!. :)
8!. You'll be surprised to see how little food it actually takes to fill us up and fill our stomachs!.

Make a fist with your hand right now!.

That's how big your stomach is!. Yes, it stretches and can accommodate a lot of food but we don't need that much and if you eat slowly and give your body time for your stomach to tell your brain you're full you won't over eat!.

Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
