count calories and limit carbs!. healthier carbs, like in your veggies and wheat products are better than like a donut!.!.!. for sure!. and for guys to be able to lose weight, they should take in at least 1600 calories a day to stay healthy as they lose weight!. eating 4-5 small meals a day will keep you motabolism working faster for you because you body knows it has to create energy to burn it off!.!.which breaks ddown to every 2-3 hours!.!.!.porportion control!. if you dont eat for long periods of time you are starving your body and it will actually do the opposite and store more fats because it beleives you will not feed it again!. but if you want to shed 200 calories a day off that it might not be much harm!.!.!.!. whatever you do take it slow and healthy so that you don't yo-yo! that's the worst!. working out will increase the fat lose!. try to do cardio before you get into weights!.!.!. this will help you slim down to get a defined physic and then build muscle for a more sculptured look !. !. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Working out for longer than twenty minutes at a med to high heart rate, but anything longer than and hour and a half starts to burn muscle and well we know that isn't good!.
