Question: Is there any type of diet that anyone knows, first hand, that works but doens't starve me!?
I had a baby this past August!. I want to lose at least 50 pounds!. I want something that is pratical and that actually works!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, the most unpopular diet of all!.!.!.

eat a BALANCED diet with lots of fruit and veggies (don't cut carbs; getting rid of anything entirely is bad for you)!. on this diet, you eat smaller portions of everything - cut your average restaurant mean into 2 or 3 servings!. avoid sugary crap like cake, ice cream, soda, and starbucks!.

and exercise a lot!. Like, an hour or two per day!.!.!.!.and it's gotta be real aerobic exercise - biking, swimming, jogging, ect!.!.!. not like!.!.!. Nintendo Wii :p

it works!. no one likes it cuz it involves so much effort and there's no celebrity spokesmodel!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont waste time on diets!.if you diet now,you gotta stick with it your whole life!proper combination of cardio and toning exercises 5 days a week and a portion controlled diet,thats all you need to get back in shape and most vital of all,stay in shape for good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat healthier= less oily,less salt,less sweet
never eat too much all at once,smaller portions don't eat until full eat about 80% full
many forms of exercise that is fun!.!.like dancing!.!.
o if u exercise too much u will gain muscles=gain weight
so if u wan to lose weigtht exercise moderately!.!.

WALK to your local supermarke and just eat random nuts and take bites out of fruit and anything thats open 3x daily its free easy you get exercise and youreatting small portions good luck for the futureWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes,I have lost weight by eating lots and lots but NO(or very few)carbs!.It will not work if you skip meals but eat eggs,meat,fish but no bread,sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
