i was anorexic 70 pounds
am 5-5
now i am 142 pounds
feel **** cant control what i eat) well i find it hard)
I BINGE THE WHOLE TIME

babe i have the exact same problem !. i binge eat and i know how terrible it is seriously!. it controls your life!.
i have a few tips
brush teeth after each meal
stick pictures of lovely weight girls everywhere for inspiration
after each meal go out of the house for a walk or shop hehe( not food)
don't restrict yourself- it leads to binging
don't be obsessed with food/ exercise
eat lots of filling nutritious food
eat sitting down
don't eat on the street
just buy how much you think you will eat , not more!.!.!.!.

You're not overweight btw!. Have you noticed you still seem to sound like you've got the medical disorder of anorexia because you think you're fat when you're not!? If you're a couple of pounds over what you want to be, just force yourself to cut down on the chocolate or whatever it is you're eating too much of!. Remember, if you eat a balanced diet and eat the right amount, you will not get fat!. Don't go to any extremes!. It's not worth it!. Just walk to school regularly or something to get some exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thinking your fat is part of the disorder!. I was aneroxic, and i'm still struggling with the disorder!. If your recovering you will gain it back if your not carful, I weigh 97 pounds i weighed about 82 so i feel like a blimp lol but i know that i'm healthier, be sure to excersise!. I constantly excersise still!. Also, you may have devolped a binge eating disorder!.!.!.alot of anas do!. because we restrict what we eat, avoid everything then just snap at go crazy!. If you can control your eating then u prolly have it!. You might want to contact a dr!., if u think u have a binge disorder!.!.!.stop fasting and purging!.!.!.eat very little meals like carrots, fruit, or lean meat!. NOthing with a bunch of calories becuz then u will fill like you have to go purge!. Try limiting what you eat!. I hope it all goes well for you!. Well one day i was sitting around talking about how crackheads and druggies are such losers!. Then one day i realized i had an addiction myself!.!.!. FOOD!! So i took my own crap talking and turned it on myself saying i was no better than the druggies!. Think about it, its an addiction you have to beat it with all your mite!. Eventually i thought of myself as just as weak as the druggies and stopped because i did not want to be a hypocrite!.

You are NOT fat! You're 5'5 and 142 lbs!. I'd say that you're around the perfect weight for your height!. I'm 5'4 and 162 lbs and have been losing weight this year to get back to where I'm supposed to be (around 135-145 lbs!.)!. Your binging all the time isn't a good idea, so I would go to a support group or counselor!. I have been through this as well and getting support from others that have been there is a good idea!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well first of all 142 lbs for soomeone who is 5' 5 isnt all that fat, if your an anorexic then i'm sorry to say this, but your probably seeing fat where there isnt any and need to get some REAL professional help!. regardless of the advice you get on this website, you'll need to see a professional in this area especially when it comes to something at this degree of seriousness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, you are NOT fat sweat-heart!. You're the ideal weight for your height!. Maybe your friends are just really skinny so when you compare yourself to them it makes you think your fat or something; but trust me you are not!. I'm a GP!. I see teenagers every day coming in thinking they are overweight when they are usually underweight!
I'm assuming your a teenager, sorry if i am mistaken!.

Seriously, your perfect for your height!. Weight doesn't go on age remember, it goes on height!.

become bulimic!.!.!.just kidding!. really just kidding!. just try to be more conscientous of what you are eating!. find different binge foods like fruit or veggies and binge out on those!. counseling could also help since being disorded and anorexic is very traumatic!. you are lucky to be alive so take care of yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like your still anorexic to me
142lbs is a perfectly healthy weight for a height of 5'5
if you are worried about eating too much of the wrong food
then just try to eat healthy balanced diet & 3 meals a day aswell as excercise
but sounds to me like you still have problems!.!.!. maybe go see a specialist!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it wont totally help!.!.!. but a small tip is to brush your teeth straight after every meal!.!.!.

the toothpaste makes the food less tasty and also sends a message to your brain which subconsciously tells your body that its time to stop eating
