How do i work out my pecks?!


Question: How do i work out my pecks!?
or boob muscle or whatever there called xD
without anything but weights!.!.!.
and that i can do in about 15 min !.!.!.i need it to be very effective!. and that i can do easily every day!.

I am a former bodybuilder!. Don't ask me why, long story!.

15 years old and asking about how to increase muscle mass!.!.

This isn't going to be an insult answer, but instead I would say that just on the mere asking of said question you will become at least 25 pounds heavier with muscle in 10 years!.

You're searching for information; that's the best thing you can do!

Hit the weight bench/incline!. DO NOT forget that stretching before every routine is paramount!. If you were to stand in front of your bathroom mirror, hold your arms out in front of your body as if you were holding vertical handlebars (slightly bent at the elbows), and jut them inward, you would be flexing your pecks!.

This inward motion can be worked out at a gym on the vetical press machine!. For you, I would say that to start on these types of machines is actually better than to start at the universal bar!. After you build muscle mass, make the switch to more natural weight!. For now, when working out:

1!. Start with a light cardio routine before pressing weights!. You'll know when to change over to the weights when you can feel an even amount of 'cool' sweat over your entire body!. This is an important state!. The amount of time to reach this state is different for each person, and will become different for you as you give attain physical, or bodily, 'experience'!.

You will recognize this state best when you overhear some people giving 'salesman-type' advice when saying "You generally must work out 20-30 mintues before your body begins to burn fat!. This is only partially so!. Stick with what I said!.

The reason you do that is to give visual tone to your muscles!. Fat removes tone by 'filling the indentions' as it were!. Your bodyweight tells me you are already thin!.

2!. Taking your body-fat coefficient into consideration based on the weight you provided, start light for the first few weeks!. Your muscular routine will cover a long term period of time!. Now, like all people, lift/push/pull your weight SLOWLY!. Anyone can pump a weight!. You aren't there for exhibition!.!. YET!. In LIFTING your weight, make it a point to require of yourself, say, 30 seconds on the downward motion, for example!. Use whatever time you want as long as it is sufficient enough to prolong muscle exposure to tension!. For now, follow the 30 seconds advice!. On the upward motion, require of yourself 60 seconds to lift!.

hmmm, if you have a bench at home lay flat on it, if not just lay on the floor and do a bench press motion with the free weights, heavier the better of course!. Other than that people underestimate the power of a push up if done properly!. make sure you do the push up slowly and controlled!.

another is lay flat on the floor, with as heavy as you can weights in either hand straight out from your sides, then with straight arms bring the weights up so they touch at the middle of the arc, then lower them back down to the starting position and repeat!.

in addition to this, up your protein intake!. more chicken, turkey, fish!.!.!.!. or even invest in some whey protein powder if you can find a decent tasting one!. i recommend the chocolate ones, the vanilla are god awful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
