Anything that you would have to ask a science professor what it is can make you fat!. Mainly processed foods!. If you want to avoid these then just get stuff like fruits and veggies, whole grains and protein like eggs and lean meats like chicken and fish!.

I would go by g!. I think its just easier because you know how much you are getting per serving!. What you should watch out for is Sodium, anything with fat in it!. Saturated and Trans fats are the worse!. Its okay to have some unsaturated fat, but only in moderation!. Sugars are also bad, but keep in mind what is natural sugar and what is added!. Read the ingredients to find out!. Like apple juice, if it says no sugar added, then don't worry as much about sugar because its natural sugar!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Too many calories make you fat (eating more than you are expending)!. And too much trans/saturated fat is also unhealthy!. You do want a certain amount of fat everyday, but go for the good fats - the mono, and poly fats found in fish, olive oils, and peanut butter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
