I am a single man so I try to keep my meals simple!. The Healthy Choice frozen dinners have been a life saver for me!. I've heard the Weight Watchers meals are pretty good too!. Eat some fresh fruits in between meals to help with hunger!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

hii im slightly obsessed with my diet being healthy(only slightly lol) and i would recommend for lunch fruit and possibly something like a peanut butter sandwitch if you like peanut as it has natural fats in it which are more healthy than normal fats and will also make you feel more full up!. For dinner something like i know it sounds boring but vegetables and something like a jacket potato!. If you feel hungry afterwards then just have some cereals or brush your teeth to stop feeling hungry as you won't want to eat anything after that lol hope this helps!.!.!.!.!.=)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really love low carb English Muffins with a slice of cheese and a fried egg (fried in Pam)!. Very filling and tasty!.
I am sure if you google low cal dinner and or lunch you will get sites with tons of ideas!.
