Im pretty healthy but i decided i need more fibre in my diet so for the last few days Ive been eating a lot more fibre but now my stomach feels bigger and the scale says ive gained like 5 pounds!. why!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fiber stays in your stomach for a longer time than anything else (making you feel fuller for longer)!. It is like a sponge: it sucks up juices and liquids that enter your stomach and holds on to them until it passes to your large intestines!. The weight gain you are experiencing is likely due to this!. That does NOT mean to consume less fluids; it is very important to consume enough water with fiber (not drinking enough will lead to constipation)!.
