ok the thing is i just wanna be in good shape!. im still young, only 17 years old!. but im not happy with my body!.!.!.!.im not fat but i could lose some fat!.!.!.!.i have pretty big love handles, slight man boobies, my thighs are a little big, and i have alot of fat on my stomach!.

i want to lose the fat and make my body look attractive so girls wont look away when my shirt is off!.

i dont have money to go to a gym!. all i have is a dumbell weight set and im not sure if that will get me where i want to go!.

i just want to know how i can lose the fat i have and have a hot body!. im sick of having moobs, chick hips, a fat stomach, thighs!.!.!. it just ****ing sucks and i dont want to be a fat person!.!.i want girls to like my body

The key to looking like that is lowering your body fat percentage and gaining some muscle!. It will take some time but you can make a big difference in a few months!. Remember the sooner you get started the sooner you will reach your goal!. I'd suggest cleaning up your diet!. Avoid sugar and fat!. Read the ingredient labels on the food that has them to make sure!. Eat less carbohydrate (bread, pasta, cereals) and more protein from lean meat, chicken, fish!. Make sure you have plenty of fresh vegetables and drink enough water!. As for exercising I would recommend that you visit the websites listed below

They are all free and contain a lot of useful information!.
You don't necessarily need any special equipment to workout!. If you have a back pack you can fill it with something heavy like sandbags, rocks, gravel etc, and use it for push-ups, step-ups, lunge squats and more!.

=D breakdance!. at most parks you can find something to pull up on!. the weights will definatly help you with those arms!. run!. running will strengthen your whole body and mostly your legs!. break dance will exspeacially strengthen your whole body, also karatee, flips, cheerleading, and gymnastics!. also there is basic exesrizes like squats, leg lifts, pushups, 1 hand push up, bridge, flips, splits, !.!.!.!. you can work your way up to the breakdancing!. it wont take that long, just follow that plan i made for you!. =D Break dance!. eat at least 2500 cals a day!. Muscle weighs more than fat, don
