What you need to do is change your diet and exercise regimen!. Here are two methods you need to follow to get out of the weight loss plateau:

1!. Eat more: Strange as it may seem to believe but you need to increase your food intake!. When you count calories and limit the intake of calories to an abnormally low level there is no incentive for your body to increase your metabolic rate since it has to burn only a few calories!. You are not able to burn fat when your metabolic rate is low!.

In order to burn fat and lose weight successfully, you need to eat enough so that your body is forced to keep your metabolic rate at a high level!. Your body needs fuel to burn fat, and it can only get that fuel from foods!

2!. More exercise: If you have only been doing light exercises or avoiding exercise altogether then you cannot lose weight successfully!. Exercise is another powerful way of increasing your metabolic rate!. Don't be afraid to exercise, you don't need to go jogging every day or go to the gym on a regular basis!. There are plenty of easy and simple exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home - even if you have limited mobility and can't get round much!.

When you follow these simple two methods you will soon see the pounds falling off again as you lose weight and you soon be able to acquire that slim body you've always wished for!

I had the same thing happen to me and this soooo worked! INCREASE the protein and vegetables!. REDUCE wheat, dairy, and simple sugars!. I lost more weight(especially tummy) after the plateau than when I was dieting!. Eat several small meals a day (5-6) to keep your metabolism going!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your body had adjusted to the way you're eating and training!. You need to "shock" it to get going again!. Try reversing your meals!. Eat a large breakfast and then eat a small, protein rich meal in the evening!. Don't eat any carbs after 6 p!.m!. Add more cardio time to your workout to supplement the weight training!. Keep at it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

As far as your diet, try to change the foods you're eating!.

Your workouts should change at least every 6 weeks!. Your body will easily get used to doing the same exercises!. Do you train with weights!? If not, I suggest you add that to your routine!. Google workouts!.!.!.you'll find plenty variations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
