Eat smaller portions of potato chips!. Check out what it says on the package - usually says between 15-30 chips are a serving!. That's a lot less than most people eat at once!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know how you feel! I love potato chips too!

Some alternatives that work for me are baked chips, Sunchips, and those Lays cracker-crisp things!. They're pretty good!.

Of course, potato chips in moderation should not affect your weight much, provided you get a good amount of exercise!. But after having a small amount, you might want to look to one of the alternatives!. I promise they're almost as good!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Saw the pic, you're not fat! However switch to Baked chips! Also stay away from fried/junk foods!.
