Question: Is this too much to eat!?
i am female about 127!.9 pounds(approx) i am 5'8" tall (172!.7cm)
today i have eaten
2 caramel koalas (chocolate bars)
1 quiche
1 biscuit
1 apricot and coccoconutr
1 honey log(chocolate bar)
and to drink i have had 1 tea, one hot chocolate and water!.
is this too much!? i want to cut down but i am always hungry and i always want more food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not necessarily to much, its just a little unbalanced
cut down on the chocolate a little bit (i know its addictive so just try to ween off it) and add things like fruits, meats, and dairy

It's not necessarily what you eat, but how much and what you do to work off what you've taken in!. Basically you can eat whatever and how much ever you like, but then you'd need to exercise or work out twice as much, or however much it takes to burn what you ate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
