Good at home cardio exercises?!


Question: Good at home cardio exercises!?
What are some good cardio exercises to do in a small space!. I need to lose a lot of weight, and I've got the toning part down but not the cardio!. I live in a town that doesn't believe in side walks or speed limit so walking, running, jogging, isn't an option!. The town is so small that it doesn't have a gym either!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

- Skipping
- Jumping Jacks
- Running on the spot (High Knees and leg kickbacks)
- Burpees (search the net for how to do them!)

I live in a small town as well!. Are there parking lots in your town limits!? we even managed to have a few parking lots like to the town hall, the local school, the court house, etc!.!. you can walk laps in the parking lot!. The only other option to get a good cardio workout is to buy a treadmill or eliptical machine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are a few options for you:
-Jumping Jacks
-Burpees
-Jumping Rope
-Mt Climbers
-Running in place
-Dancing
-Get a cardio workout dvd from your local library ( cheap and easy )
-Do your toning or wt exercises in a circuit format (go hard for 30-45 seconds and switch exercises)
-Lunges
-Plyometrics

The best investment i have made towards health/working out was spending $300 on a stationary bike!. Check craigslist!. Buy a used one if money is an issue!.

Right in front of the television! morning!. evening!.

I'm not a fan of watching movies or tv but now i am cuz i'm making it worth my while!
