Question: What do you think!? Is this good!?
This is what I ate today!.!.!.what do you think!?

(ok I know breakfast was REALLY bad but its what my b/f brang to me this morning)
Breakfast-Bacon, Egg, Cheese, on a bagel-510 cals
Tea-70 cals

Lunch-Turkey breasts and a small amount of mashed potatoes-210 cals
Tomato Soup-150 cals

Snack-Apple-65 cals

Dinner-Open faced tuna sandwich on low cal wheat bread with no mayo-105 cals
Banana-90 cals
Bowl of veggies (broccoli, caulifloer, and carrots) in a low fat cheese sauce-100 cals

So total is 1300 cals!.!.!.!.!.I usually try for 1200 but I went over today and the bagel this morning really messed me up and added a LOT of cals but otherwise, what do you think!? Thanks?

thats fine an extra 100 calories wont make a difference to your weight at all!. Just dont lower your intake any less than 1200 or your metabolism will slow down and you will put in weight xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less food and move more often, the issues arise when we in reality aim to put that into operation! There are plenty of stumbling blocks out there don't you think!?! That seems like a lot for a day that's only half over!. But, atleast you do have SOME healthy stuff in there!. Cut out dinner tonight and you should be fine, OR
just eat a salad with VERY little dressing for dinner!. Throw on some croutons and a glass of water for good measure and you'll be fine!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That diet looks tough, but it also looks healthy enough! After eating such foods, it may be a good idea to clear out your bowel with a good colon cleanse!. Have you thought of this!?
