If you mean overweight people then it should be about 45-48% of the whole population of the US - but what you see depends on where you're walking!.
Us Australians somehow managed to beat the US as #1 fattest country in the world just last year - we have a 49-51% of the whole population being overweight!. Don't know how that happened and I'm not one so it's quite shocking in my opinion lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really depends where you live lol!.If you live in a state like Florida for example,its a very low percentage as with states like Texas and those farm states like Iowa,North Dakota,etc!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
