Hey James, It's really important that you get the protein you need inorder to assure that you are losing fat and not muscle!. It is suggested that you consume 80 - 100 gms of protein a day on a reduced calorie diet!. What is a Naan!? You could add more protein to your breakfast and add a morning snack with a low-calorie yogurt, string cheese, protein bar, 1/4 cup almonds or soy nuts!.!.!. (3 protein snacks a day will keep up your energy!) Are you aware of the fat content in duck!? I've heard it is high!. Of course, you need fat in your diet, but it shouldn't be over 25% of your total calories!. The suggested RDA of veggies and fruit a day is 7 servings - could you add some veggies to your dinner!? Fiber is also key for good health!. (25 - 35 gms a day) Are you eating white or brown rice!? I know white is preferred, but you could be adding fiber to your diet with the brown rice!.

You're right on track with the water and exercise! For your particular weight you could be drinking 70 oz of water to aid in fat loss!. You're doing great things! You WILL see fat loss!. Consistency is vital!. Keep it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
