Answers:
Catabolism is prevented by consuming around 20+ grams of protein every 3 hours!. This is how you maintain a positive nitrogen balance!.

I think I explained what that was in your previous question!. Your caloric intake has nothing to do with catabolism, you just need an excess to put on muscle mass!.

You should start with a caloric excess approximately 500 calories over your basal metabolic rate (BMR), which is the amount of calories your body burns on its own just to sustain life!. Increase the caloric intake by 10% if weight gain doesn't occur any longer!. I might expand on this tomorrow, going to sleep now!. Here's a BMR calculator:

eat good meals often, fish, chicken, veges, and fruits!. at your age the usual rule of thumb for maintaining your weight is your weight x 12 (120 lbs x 12 =1440 cals) Take that up a couple of hundred per day for a week or so at a time until you feel good!. if you're excessively tired or weak, eat more until you find a good balance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat as much as you can, six meals a day, lots of protein from fish, meat, eggs, chicken, and milk!. Also eat fruit, whole wheat bread, vegetables, salads, nuts, etc!. Drink lots of water!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Catabolism is a crime! You cannot eat people and should be ashamed of yourself!Www@Answer-Health@Com
