If you are overweight and not skinny, do sit up do anything (when added to a 1 hr /day cardio and strength workout)!? I mean, would doing a few hundred situps a day help speed along the process or no!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Will NEVER happen!. Diet and exercise make use lose fat ACROSS our whole body!. men/women lose their fat first in different areas!.
situps may build ur abs up, but they will never show until you lose the layer of fat on top of them
