Crash Diet????????????!


Question: Crash Diet!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
If someone loses a lot of weight on a crash diet (like 100lb+) and then resumed a healthy diet and exercised would they gain all their weight back, even if they don't revert back to their old eating habits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends because if you eat unhealthy food and have a diet then later you don't exercise then yes you will return to the same shape

If you go on a crash diet it will hurt your metabolism resulting in rapid weight gain when you eat right again!. If you starve the body then eat right your body stores massive amounts of fat to prevent starvation!. It's like a natural survival process!. I've tried crash diets without success!. I started eating healthy and exercising a few times a week and lost 20 pounds in a few months!. It built up my metabolism and I'm still losing Weight after going off a healthy diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, the words crash and deit should never be put together like that!.!.the only reason why your lose the weight so quickly is because of such a drastic quick change in the body!.!.and derverting from that once your at an ideal weight will not only cause you to yo yo diet, but you may develope health problems from losing weight in such an unsafe manner!. pace yourself, its safer, healthier and all around makes you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if its anorexia!.!.!.!.
their metabolism has slowed WAY down since they started being anorexic!.
it would take large amounts of exercise to work off calories if they ate 2,000 calories + a day!.
when you're stop eating, the body slows metabolism to keep you alive!. when you start eating again, the body stores as much stuff from the food as it can!.

Thats unhealthy!. You put on weight gradually over time correct!?!? Therefore you have to take off weight gradually as well!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

losing weight is simple!.!.!.!. you have to move!.!. (excersise) and you have to eat right!.!.!. this has to be for the rest of your life!.!. not just somtimes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
