Usually when an individual decides that they want to become more physically fit!.!.!.it means to lose weight!. This is most common because 65% of Americans are overweight or obese!. This literally means that about 2 out of 3 people are affected; that 2 out of 3 Americans are unhealthy!. Decreasing body fat percentage rather than weight will not only make you look and feel better, but it will also make you healthier!.

Try this next time you are in a public place!. Look to you left and to your right, and then look at yourself!. Do over 60% of the people around you look physically inactive, overweight, or obese!? Now look at yourself!. Are you included in this number!?

Cardiovascular training is a great resource for decreasing body fat percentage!. When combined with the correct diet, it can also lower cholesterol, improve cardiac response, and increase blood flow!. The benefits of cardiovascular training are endless, but depending on your goals, there are certain things that you must keep in mind!.

When doing cardio for body fat loss, be sure to maintain your Target Heart Rate!. Your Target Heart Rate is basically a range of two numbers that the hearts beats per minute (bpm) should be in between!. Here is how you can find out how to find your THR:

First thing in the morning, while still in bed, calculate your heart rate (HR)!.
Subtract your age in years from 220 to get you standard maximal HR!.
Subtract the your morning HR from your standard maximal HR!.
Multiply the result of step 3 by 0!.60!.
Multiply the result of step 3 by 0!.70!.
Add your morning HR to the result of step 4!.
Add your morning HR to the result of step 5!.
Your target HR training zone is between the two results of steps 6 and 7!.

THR is important because it puts the body in its favorite fat-burning zone!. If you go above these numbers, you begin to break down protein and amino acids, the building blocks of muscle!. So it is possible to do cardio without losing muscle, and actually decrease your body fat percentage!.

Resistance Training to Decrease Body Fat Percentage

While it is very important to do cardio, it is also very important to participate in resistance training!. When you do cardio for the purpose of losing Body Fat (BF), you are basically reducing the amount of fat between the muscle and the skin!. Individuals who are very lean have a small amount of fat blocking muscle!.

Resistance training while also doing cardiovascular training is essential!. When done correctly, you will begin to cut into that layer of fat between the skin and the muscle!. Resistance training will then increase the size and strength of that muscle, pushing it toward the surface, creating an extra lean look!.

dont get yourself down!.!.!.all you have to have is motivation and will to lose weight!.!.!.i used to be kinda chubby on the outside but ive been doing 100 cruches everyday and its finally starting to pay off!.!.!.

first you must remember the 5,2 rule
5 vegetables and 2 fruit everyday
also remember to have plenty of dairy!.!.!.milk, cheese and yogurt
dont forget protein at least the size of your fist!.!.!.fish, meat, chicken
and drink plenty of water to flush out all the waste!.!.!.lol!.!.!.that sounded gross

and the most important part!.!.!.exercise, exercise, exercise!!
find something you enjoy!.!.!.swimming or biking etc!.!.!.anything as long as it involves physically movement and i dont mean typing!.!.!.

Hi, I also had the same problem a few years back!.
All i did too loose weight was cut down on my meal sizes, you don't have to stop eating the things you love, but you just need to eat less of them!. And also try not to snack inbetween meals, because that is were you put on weight!.

With the getting fit, maybe just start by walking more places, or joining up with a gym or something!.

Drink two tumblers of water on rising from the bed, and in a day drink at least three litres of it!.

One third of your food should be salad!. It fills the stomach and gives less calories of energy!.

Avoid potatoes, nuts, cream, ghee, sweets, fried food, and dairy products!.

Start off with lots of cardio!. Walking at least an hour everyday!. You can also lift weights to help tone your body!. Stay away from foods high in sugar and carbs!. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits and lean meats!. It might also be good to bring a buddy along for support and someone to talk to while walking!. It might make you enjoy it more!. get a friend and walk every night, if you slowly build up the strength required in exercise, you are more likely to continue

well if you want to get fit there is nothing like running but if you hate running just do something that you enjoy and gets your heart racing that way you know your working hard!. as for the weight eat health and exercise and it will go!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

swimming and cycling are two of the best, but yeah general dieting and regular (doesn't matter which ones so long as you do it properly) and thorough exercise!.

What is your height and weight - see the ratio!. Eat fat free foods and avoid junk foods!. Walking 2 miles a day is an added tip to lose weight considerably!.

I run about 3!.5 miles a day to stay fit!.
Plus I lay off of the bad foods, and eat mostly salads and lean meats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
