Eat only fruits and vegetables , Chicken and Egg white can be taken once in a week !.!. Its tought to just live with fruits and vegetables but thats the only way to reduce weight without Exercise !.
And more thing !.!.In case if you follow this diet of fruits and vegetables it gets digested very soon so u will feel hungry soon !.!. so u got to keep eating !.!. but that doesnt matter , whatever quantity of vegetables or fruits u eat u wont gain weight !.!.!. Weight increase is because of food and genetic factors!. If you reduce your food's fat content and consume as little as possible to sustain yourself, you will automatically reduce weight!. Any artificial means will make you gloat again if you stop it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
