The sodium content in diet drinks is much higher to enhance the taste!. Sodium will cause you to retain more water!. If it is the caffeine you crave, switch to coffee and then slowly to decaf!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Actually, you don't need to "diet" per se to lose weight, I read this at the web portal in the box below, they have plenty of guidance, I shed 6 pounds by taking their advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
