If you eat food out it should be seasoned already!. Tomatoes have a lot of sodium!. I don't actually use salt on anything because I don't want the extra sodium, but we need some sodium!. The sodium you get from going out to eat, or drinking a Gatorade every so often should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Salt occurs naturally in foods and you will almost certainly get enough from your diet (more likely too much!) without adding extra salt to your meals!. Recommended guidelines state we should have a maximum of 6g of salt a day, where most people have 9g just from their normal diet without including added salt!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
