Question: How do i look like this!?!?!?!?!?!?
i go to the gym 2/3 times a week and want to look like this-

You should do weight training (high reps) with low weight!. It'll lose ur fat and increase ur metabolism, pack on firmer muscles

Have an ok diet, duznt even have 2 b perfect!.

LOTS of cardio training, like go for daily runs

Protein shakes would be suggested , why proteins!.

U already have a 6 pack, so!.!.!.that's ok!.

I'd also suggest after u've built up endurance is to do less reps, higher weight training, that'll bulk u up in the torso!.

Also work ur legs, coz that provides u wit hormonal growth and will help ur whole body, releasing more growth hormones!.

Ummm!.!.!.you need to eat a lot 2 bulk up like that!.

hmm!. see!. i have known people who go the gym for years without any results!. and i have also known people who go there a couple of days a week but get what they want in very little time!. i would advise you to take proper advice on diet and exercise from your gym trainer to get the best result!. sometimes the combination of exercises can either destroy you or build you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only way you are going to look exactly like that is with access to Photoshop!.

But if you want to improve your health-
Going to the gym won't do anything unless you're eating healthy too!. Don't think working out will excuse the fact that your diet consists of nothing but junk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should do pilates!. I know, I know, pilates seems like a girly thing, but it does WONDERS for your abs!. Buy a $10 pilates video from Wal-Mart, pop it in your DVD player, and get crackin! You'll have really defined abs since you don't seem to have much fat on your body, which is a good thing! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat good meats and veg, go to the gym 3 times a week, go for a swim, walking, boxing!. EXERCISE!!!
