Meals for building muscle mass?!


Question: Meals for building muscle mass!?
My boyfriend is wanting to bulk up, he is using protein shakes in conjunction with basic meals of tuna/turkey and rice dishes!. I can tell he is getting bored of the food i make and I am unsure of what meals would be best meal to give him more variety with a high protein, medium fats and low carb percentage!.

Any suggestions!?

Protein, protein, protein! Think vegetarian frozen dinners- even though your bf isn't vegetarian- which are often high in protein and good in the calories range!. Soy Mac 'n Cheeze or Rice Mac 'n Cheese is great, so are Boca Burgers!. Just mix it up! Try not to eat the same thing for at least a day (As in, if you eat turkey and rice on monday, eat a Boca Burger and some couscous on tuesday, then eat some rice and a different entree on wednesday, etc!. etc!.)!. Find his favorites and make those, but add different elements!. Just keep it interesting :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
