Ive been eating less, a lot less and my metabolism is through the roof now, why?!


Question: Ive been eating less, a lot less and my metabolism is through the roof now, why!?
Im used to hearing when you eat more you're metabolism speeds up but Ive been eating a lot less and its better than ever, any reason why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body is used to processing alot of food!. So your metabolic rate would slow down!. Now your body is having to run everything on alot less food and requires the same amount of energy!. The energy has to come from somewhere, so the fat in your body, as well as the muscule tissue is being burned for fuel!. Consequently, you become leaner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your metabolism is speeding up, but not in a good way!. The less you eat the harder its working to use what little you have in your body!. If this keeps up, the body will get used to that and start using your energy and everything its stored up in case of an emergency!. Just eat healthy and your metabolism will work properly and you won't be tired! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

How are you determining that your metabolism is through the roof!?

Biologically, our bodies work the same!. When we decrease our food intake, our metabolism slows down!. The starvation effect!. How long does it take to slow down!? That is were individuality comes into place!.

if we don't eat enough food during the day, our body will burn our muscle for energy as well as use the stored fat!. The end result does not look good!. It is best that we force our body to use fat only as energy!.

our bodies will burn alcohol first!. then carbs!. then create glucose from your muscles!. then fat!. in that order!. so the key for 75% of the population is to reduce carbs to 50g or less per day, up the protein so our body won't burn up our muscles for glucose and increase the good fats so our body will soon learn to use fats for fuel!. after our body learns to use fats for fuel, it will burn up the fats we feed it, when that is gone, it will used our stored fats!.

cardio is good for keeping our metabolism humming along!. if you do low carb, always keep your heart rate below 130 and above 100!. anything higher than 130 is too intensive, and fat for fuel isn't efficient!. so our body will burn up our muscles!. not cool!!
