You aren't!. Most important thing is combination between weight training and proper nutrition plan!. If you do only one of them then your results may never come up!.

If you are on low calorie diet you can lose weight with almost every physical activity!. So my advise is to reduce your intake if weren't do it yet!.

Strength exercise is good choice, but I suggest you to do cardio - 4 times per week for 30 min in the morning before you eat or after weight training!. This will help you to lose weight for sure (if you have proper diet again)!.

If you do not know how to start with your nutrition plan follow these:
1) Reduce your carbohydrates in half!.
2) Reduce the fats to 50 gr per day!.
3) If you still can't give up of junk food try to take it with your breakfast and after training!.
4) Green tea is ok :)
5) On dinner eat only protein or/and veggies!.
6) eat low oily protein with every meal you have!.
7) and most important eat often - every 2- 3 hours 5-6 small meals!.

The best way to lose weight is to change to a healthier diet, and mix strength training with cardio!. But to answer your question, yes, you could lose some weight!. The more lean muscle you have, the more calories you burn!. However, there are no guarantees, you just need to find a right balance for your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will need to watch your food intake as well!. You will lose some weight, but you need to do cardio and walking as well!. I lost 12 pound doing strength training before I started other exercise!. Yes, Muscle is heavier than fat so you will not be losing tons of weight, but you get very toned!. Remember to eat well!.

As for Coca Cola, who drinks that stuff anyway!. One can has the equivalent of 13 teaspoons of sugar - Oh ugh!. Leave your rubber soled shoes in coke for a week and see what happens to them!. Good luck if you want to drink that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you probably wont lose weight you will just get stronger and have bigger muscles but you wont get skinny!. Unless you do abb excercizes a lot but you should do some cardioWww@Answer-Health@Com
