I had 700 calories too many today. Should I compensate by eating 700 too few tom!

Question: I had 700 calories too many today!. Should I compensate by eating 700 too few tomorrow!?
Answers:
Think about it this way: to gain or lose one pound, the body must consume or burn 3,500 calories!. Therefore, 700 extra calories could, under normal circumstances, cause you to gain 1/5 of a pound!. You can easily cancel out those extra calories by doing a fairly intense workout tomorrow (if it is strenuous enough you won't even have to cut any calories) or a couple of less strenuous workouts over the next couple of days!. If worst comes to worst and you don't get around to doing anything about the extra calories, chances are your body will deal with them on its own!. It is extremely unlikely that you will gain any weight, or see a difference in your body shape even if you don't workout or cut calories!. Try googling "most effective calorie burning exercises," and go from there!. Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Okay, lets say you eat 2,000 calories per day on a regular basis!. Today you had 2,700 calories!. Tommorow, it might be good if you eat a bit lighter, like 200-300 calories less, so that would be about 1,700 calories!. On top of that, get in a bit of extra exercise if u can, like 30 minutes more for the next two days!. But don't worry too much, splurge is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, tomorrow is a new day!. Try to get in a bit more exercise in the next few days if possible & don't worry about it too much!. The important thing is to get back on track and not stress over a minor slip up!. We are all human!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
