How do you go on a crash diet?!
Question: How do you go on a crash diet!?
I'm 278 and I want to lose at least 25lbs in a month and 10 days!. Can it be done!? How do i do it!? It's for a wedding i am invited to!. I want to look good in my dress and I mean "25lbs less good"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

carrots, strawberries, banana's, anything green, for fiber!. stay away from high carb foods suchas white bread and potato's!. i was lil more then u and i pretty much eat w/e but small portions you know!. i eat most liek around 1200 or less, cuz i dont eat much for sum reason yet i weigh so much but i can eat lol!. dont eat after 7pm!. eat 3 meals a day or 6 small meals!. do cardio for 30-45 mins, or more but dont do liek over hr worth bc when u do it put stress on ur body inwhich it delays loseing weight believe it not!.i lost 40 pounds in 4 months, just by eating small portions and danceing for fun like w/e moves i know and strenching n walking for like 15 mins!. but i gained bk from meds!. that i had to use!. so yeah hope i helped a lil oh and go to this site!.!.!.www!.sparkpeople!.com they have great workouts plus motavations!. i use the site to trac my weight and everything i love it!. um so yeah good luck and to remember to love urselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

should be easy cut your calories down to 2500 per day and at least walk or exercises everydayWww@Answer-Health@Com
