How much should I eat daily?!


Question: How much should I eat daily!?
Today I had
Breakfast, beacon, egg and cheese on a bagel and a tea-9am

Snack, banana-11am

Lunch, turkey breasts and a small amount of mashed potatoes, 2pm

Snack-apple, 4pm

Dinner, Tomato soup and a bowl of veggies with low fat cheese on them-6pm

I think your lunch and dinner is fine!. But your breakfast seems to be fattening!. Bacon, egg and cheese is very high in cholesterol!.

Your breakfast gets you off on the wrong foot!. It has too much saturated fat (bacon, cheese) Instead, eat egg whites and a slice of wheat toast!.

Your lunch needs to include green vegetables and exclude the mash potatoes (refined carbohydrates which cause food cravings)!.

Your dinner is fine but add some protein, in addition to the low-fat cheese!. Add skinless chicken, turkey or fish!.

Drink 8 glasses of cold water a day!. Your body burns calories when it heats the water up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

how about 2000 calories a day to maintain your weight and 1200-1500 to lose weight safetly!. Your eating habits sound great if you dont get any fat your body will eat away at itselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
