I do swimming (90mins/week) and PE at school!. I also do a bit of extra exercise about 3-5 times a week!. In these sessions I do stretching, curl-ups, push ups, skipping, riding, jogging or running (or a combination of different activities) for about half an hour!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
As a competitive Triathlete, I cycled for 8 hours a week, swam for 6 hours and ran 6 hours!. 20 hours total, I kind of miss it!.
Now I have turned to weight training for 4 hours per week!. I Have put on over 16 kilograms, 35 pounds!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
