Question: I need advice!.!.going out for drinks tonight!?
i am going out for drinks for my bosses birthday tonight!. i am on a diet trying to lose 30 pounds by February!. all i have had today is:
Breakfast: Oatmeal and Strawberries

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Miso Soup and Soy Crackers

Snack: Banana

Now i am going for drinks will i gain very much weight tonight from drinking!.!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

and I would also stay away from having a lot of sugary drinks!.!. ie mixed drinx!. If you are really serious about your diet and you have to drink just do straight shots -- or some wine perhaps!. A cosmo or apple martinis or whatever have so much sugar that turns into fat when its not burned off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the first guy!. Stick to drinking the "girly drinks" not beer!. You will be okay, if it makes you feel better, work out for an extra 30 minutes today, but you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are on a diet and you know that you will be in a situation where you may drink alcohol - you should stick to clear spirits!. As there are less calories in them Www@Answer-Health@Com
