Question: How did I gain 3 pounds in one day!?
All I consumed was oatmeal and vegetables!. I don't understand how I woke up in the morning and I was 109 when the day before I was 106!. It's really frustrating!. Do you think it is just water retention since I sprinkle lots of salt on my vegetables!? I don't know!. I hope it's just water weight!. ugh, this really makes me want to give up!. It is a known and tested fact that within one day your body weight can fluctuatee approximately 2 pounds!. That is why you should try to always weigh yourself around the same time everytime you weigh yourself!. There is many reasons why your weight does this like eating more or less, the amount of salt or high-sodium foods you eat, temporary water-weight (for women near the time of periods), and decrease in activity and exercise!.

I think you are right, it is probably just water weight!. Your weight can fluctuate up or down by several pounds a day, so don't get all bent out of shape over it!. Try just weighing yourself first thing in the morning to get an accurate reading also!.!.!. as your weight will be higher later in the day after evening (you probably know this already but, just thought I would mention it)!. your weight can fluctuate everyday!. one day you can lose five pounds, but gain it back the next day!. its normal!. now if you lose like ten or more in a day, then thats not good!. i go through the same thing!. and i weigh just as much as you do!. thats why i have learned to never trust a scale!. i trust the mirror and what i want to believe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't worry, there are many factors that can slightly change your weight!. Scales can often be unreliable!. Also, the amount of water you drank before weighing and the clothes you were wearing determine small percentages!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Probably water weight, and if it is getting close to you period that can add a temporary pound or 2!. If you don't drink enough water, your body will retain more, so make sure you are always hydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
