Why were people so skinny in the 70's/80's and before?!


Question: Why were people so skinny in the 70's/80's and before!?
I know none of us really know the answer to this question and that you will just be sharing your opinions but please don't answer unless you were at least a teenager in the 70's or 80's because you would know more than us younger YA users about how people ate and how much they exercised, etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Meal sizes have increased in the past twenty years!.

There is far more fast food companies!.
Our meat now contains steroids and growth hormones that the animals are fed to grow faster!.

Trans fats - a man made fat has also been introduced into our diets!.
This fat does not break down and pass through our systems once it is in there it stays there!.

Much of our food is processed eg frozen foods (meals) tinned goods packet mixes with artificial preservatives!.

So if you want to stay slim as you get older eat entree sized meals and remember fresh is best!.

No doughnuts,or regularly eating up sized take out meals, fish and chips or meat pies etc!.

Al you can eat does not mean all you can eat!. Eating in moderation is the key!.
